• Account information: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We do not receive or store your Google password.
• Profile information: Optional details you add to your profile to unlock localized jams and personalize your experience. This includes your display name, avatar, location (Country, State/Region, City), industry, preferred languages, and content/mood preferences for your homepage feed.
• Content inputs: Words, prompts, titles, and other text you submit to create tracks. These inputs are processed by our systems and third-party AI providers to generate audio.
• Usage data: Information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, and generated tracks.
• Device & technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, and cookie identifiers.
• Payment information: We use third-party payment processors (Stripe) to handle purchases. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

We use your information to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service.
• Generate and deliver AI music based on your inputs.
• Authenticate you and maintain your account.
• Process purchases and manage your Jam Pack balance.
• Personalize your experience by matching your language, location, and content preferences to relevant community jams.
• Communicate with you about updates, support, and promotional offers (where permitted).
• Monitor usage, diagnose issues, and prevent fraud or abuse.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

• AI & audio providers: Your prompts and inputs are sent to third-party generative AI services to produce audio. These providers process data under their own privacy policies.
• Service providers: We use trusted providers for hosting, authentication, payments, analytics, and customer support. They only access information needed to perform their services.
• Legal compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect our rights and users.
• Business transfers: If JumbleJam is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
