JumbleJam's audio generation features—including our custom-branded 'Signature JJ Audio' pipeline and ElevenLabs—are powered by underlying third-party generative artificial intelligence models. JumbleJam acts as an intermediary interface for these third-party services and does not claim ownership over the foundational models' training data.

Because AI generation is inherently probabilistic and unpredictable, JumbleJam cannot and does not guarantee the originality, uniqueness, accuracy, or non-infringement of any generated asset. Outputs may unintentionally resemble pre-existing works.

The Service is provided strictly on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. However, to purchase Jam Packs, you must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction), or have the explicit permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

If you choose to provide social media handles (e.g., X, Instagram, TikTok) in your profile for our "Social Tagging" features, you warrant that you are the authorized owner of those accounts. You may not impersonate any person, celebrity, or entity. We reserve the right to remove social handles or suspend accounts that engage in impersonation or harassment.

JumbleJam operates a virtual credit system ("Jam Packs") used to generate tracks.

• No Cash Value: Jam Packs are digital licenses to use our computing resources. They are not a real-world currency, cannot be resold, and cannot be redeemed for fiat cash.
• Refund Policy: All purchases of Jam Packs are final and non-refundable, except where strictly required by Australian Consumer Law.
• Failed Generations: If an AI model fails to generate a track due to a system error, our platform will automatically attempt to refund the spent Jam Packs back to your virtual balance. However, Jam Packs forfeited due to a violation of our Safety Filters (Section 7) will not be refunded.

You are solely and entirely responsible for the words, prompts, titles, and any other text inputs you submit to the Word Pool or any other part of the Service ("User Inputs").

You explicitly warrant and represent that you will NOT submit:

• Trademarked words, slogans, brand names, or proprietary marks you do not own or have permission to use.
• Copyrighted text such as lyrics from existing songs, poems, scripts, or any other protected works.
• Hateful, defamatory, harassing, sexually explicit, or otherwise unlawful content.
• Content that infringes any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.

Indemnification. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JumbleJam, its operators, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, judgments, fines, penalties, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your User Inputs, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

JumbleJam respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. If you believe that any content on the Service infringes a copyright you own or control, please send a written notice to:

Your notice should include:

• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The URL or other reasonably sufficient identifier of the allegedly infringing material on JumbleJam.
• Your contact information (name, address, email, phone).
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized and that the information in your notice is accurate.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

JumbleJam reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to immediately pull down, delete, suspend, or restrict access to any thread, generated track, lyric, or user account upon receipt of a valid infringement claim, and to terminate repeat infringers.

Under current legal frameworks in many jurisdictions, raw outputs generated by artificial intelligence without substantial human authorship are generally not eligible for exclusive copyright protection. This means that no party — including you and JumbleJam — can typically claim exclusive ownership over the underlying master audio file of an AI-generated track.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, JumbleJam grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, revocable license to stream, download, share, and enjoy generated tracks for personal, social, and entertainment purposes.

You acknowledge and agree that you do not hold exclusive legal ownership over any underlying master audio file produced by the Service, and that other users may receive substantially similar outputs. Commercial exploitation of generated tracks is at your own risk and you remain solely responsible for any clearance obligations.

JumbleJam operates a multi-layered safety firewall across the Word Pool, the Gemini composer, and the audio models. This firewall blocks content that mocks, attacks, or weaponises sensitive religious figures, scriptures, and institutions; political figures, regimes, and charged ideologies; tragedies and ongoing conflicts; and slurs or attacks against protected groups.

Any attempt to bypass, circumvent, or defeat these safety filters — including obfuscated spellings, leetspeak, foreign-language workarounds, or coordinated word pooling — to generate hate speech, religiously offensive material, or politically inflammatory content will result in immediate and permanent termination of your account and forfeiture of any remaining Jam Packs, credits, or generated assets, without refund.

For accountability and audit purposes, every successfully generated track is permanently linked to the creator's account and stores the exact word pool used to compose it. These records may be reviewed by JumbleJam moderators and disclosed to law enforcement where required by law.
